* New 2023 Fishing season Regulations: Limit is 2 halibut per day per person, 1 fish may be any size, 2nd fish must be less than 28" in length (about a 7 pound fish). Also, we cannot keep halibut on any Wednesday all season, or any Tuesday between 15 June and 15 Aug.

Reservations and Rates

All rates are per person and DO NOT include 7% sales tax (current rate subject to change) or Harbor User Fees of $3.50 per person. We can accommodate groups up to 6 people.

Reservation Policies:

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A 50% deposit is required prior to trip. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to departure to avoid cancellation penalty, refund will be by check, minus $10 paper fee, or on credit card minus the processing fees. We very highly recommend you purchase separate trip insurance. For safety reasons Inn & Out Charters, Inc., reserves the right to cancel trips due to bad weather or mechanical problems. In the case of bad weather we may change the type of trip, issue a refund, or allow the client an opportunity to re-book a different day based on space availability. We may also fish the protected waters of Resurrection Bay. In the case of a mechanical problem, we will allow the client to re-book another day if space is available, or issue a refund.
